The following countries have restricted shipping due to covid-19:

Bolivia, Brazil, Brunei, Chile, Costa Rica, Cyprus, Egypt, Estonia, Georgia, Honduras, Iceland, India, Jamaica, Jersey, Kosovo, Kuwait, Lesotho, Maldives, Malta, Mauritius, Mongolia, Morocco, Peru, Philippines, Qatar, Réunion, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, South Africa, Sri Lanka.

Orders to these countries will be shipped when country specific restrictions are lifted.

Please keep in mind that our distribution centers are located worldwide, this is the fastest way to deliver our products to you, and because of that some items may be shipped in separate packages. If your order is sent in multiple shipments, we will not charge you extra for each shipment.

Tracking numbers are sent by email after a short processing period you will receive a tracking number for each package.

Please note, we require 1-5 days to process orders. We strive to ship all items on-time, however, in rare cases, it can take longer. Any orders not received within 8 weeks automatically qualify for a full-refund or reship free of charge! 

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Note, it can take up to 7 days for shipping activity to update.

If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your items, or received faulty goods, simply email our customer support team at  info@stationerysnobs.com. Please include the email address associated with the order and describe the issue, include photos if possible. We always aim to respond in 3 days or less!

We’re sorry you didn’t love your new products! We want you to enjoy your experience with Stationery Snobs Shop as much as possible, which is why we’re here to help. Just send us an email at info@stationerysnobs.com within 30 days of receipt of your package, with your order number, the name of the product(s), and the reason why it didn’t work out for you.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your original shipping charges/processing fees, and we do not offer exchanges on any of our products. You will be responsible for all returning shipping fee and we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on all returned order. 

If your order is returned to us due to incorrect shipping address, failure to claim the order, or any other mistake or negligence on your part, we will charge you a shipping fee before resending or refunding the order.

Stationery Snobs Shop can only accept returns for products purchased on our website (www.stationerysnobs.com).

Sure! You can cancel, or change your order within 24 hours of confirmation. Please contact us with your name, order number and with the subject line “Cancellation” at:  info@stationerysnobs.com.

After 24 hours, your order will have been processed and we won’t be able to make any changes or cancel it.

We do not offer direct exchanges on any of our products.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We accept ALL major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

All payments are securely processed with 128-bit encryption.

Some packages may be subject to import duties depending on the destination country.

Please note, due to new EU VAT rules, there may be increased duty to pay on packages arriving to EU member states.

In some cases, there will be VAT (Value Added Tax), other taxes, customs and/or duty fees levied by your destination country. Depending on your destination country, we may collect VAT at checkout in compliance with government regulation.

If customs clearance procedures are required under certain circumstances, delays may occur, which will affect our original delivery estimation time.

Kawaii Pen Shop is not responsible for any packages held, destroyed or returned by government or customs agencies and it is not our responsibility to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. If your order is returned to us due to aforementioned reasons, we will charge you a returned shipping fee before resending or refunding the order. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.

In summary; we may collect taxes and duties at checkout depending on your destination country. In these cases, you will not incur any extra charge upon receiving your package.

In the very rare scenario that a package is deemed lost, then the buyer will always be issued a full refund provided that shipping insurance was purchased at checkout. A package is deemed lost if it is not delivered within 120 days. In such case, you must contact us within 30 days so we can reship or refund your order.
