RETURNS & REFUNDS

We’re sorry to hear that you didn’t love your new products! We want your experience with Stationery Snobs Shop to be as enjoyable as possible, so we’re here to help. Please email us at info@stationerysnobs.com within 30 days of receiving your package. Include your order number, the name of the product(s), and the reason for your return.

Please note, we cannot refund your original shipping charges or processing fees, and we do not offer exchanges on any of our products. You will be responsible for all return shipping fees, and we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on all returned orders. A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund, which will be issued to your original form of payment. Gift cards, personalized products, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, failure to claim the order, or any other mistake or negligence on your part, we will charge a shipping fee before resending or refunding the order.

Stationery Snobs Shop can only accept returns for products purchased on our website (www.stationerysnobs.com). We cannot offer refunds on personalized items unless they are faulty or damaged. Non-personalized items must be returned within 30 days of purchase and in the same condition as received to be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment less the shipping fees. Please note that credits may take up to 10–14 days to appear on your statement.

In the unlikely event you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please contact our customer service team at info@stationerysnobs.com. We will be happy to assist you and provide a free returns label.

SHIPPING

Stationery Snobs orders are processed and shipped within approximately 15 business days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays.

Allow extra time for order processing during holidays (including Black Friday week), new product launches, and sales.

Personalized items ship separately from our studio, and you will receive separate tracking information for these items.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or DHL E-Commerce for a flat rate of $10. We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $60 (excluding orders to Hawaii and Alaska).

If your order is time-sensitive, we strongly encourage you to select an expedited shipping method or email info@stationerysnobs.com for assistance.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING International orders are shipped via USPS Priority International or DHL.

Please note that international orders have extended delivery times. All international shipments are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs, and duties imposed by the destination country. Stationery Snobs is not responsible for these fees and cannot predict their amounts. All fees are to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.
